Hello, Rentals our Terms and condition policy (T&Cs) is very simple and friendly for you!

Here are the simple Terms and conditions which will be implemented on you while renting the suit.

– Receiving and submitting suit condition

You will receive the suit one day (24 hours) before the selected date, and we will collect it from you after one day (in the next 24 hours), don’t worry. We will contact you before collecting the suit.

-Security submission condition

For the security of the suit, you don’t need to submit any ID Card, B-form, passport, or any other legal document (in physical form). We take a picture among any of these documents along this, we will take Rs.1,000-Rs-2000, which is 100% returnable if our suit is returned safe and sound. And we hope our renters take suits full of care as their suit.

-Suit maintenance policy

First of all, we hope you take complete care of these dresses, but as a human, it may cause damage or stain on your rental suit. In these kinds of cases, we will maintain the suit, but as a plenty will be deducted from your submitted security price, not the total security submitted fee. We will deduct only that cost which will come from the maintenance of the suit example, if there is minor damage in the suit, its mending will take Rs. 200, and we will return the remaining Rs.800 to you out of Rs.1000

-In these cases may be deducted from your submitted security 

• If there is any delay in returning of a suit, it will be deducted 8% on each day according to the rental price of a suit.
• Suppose there is any damage or stain on a suit. In that case, it will be deducted from your security depending on the condition of the damage or stain.

-Delivery and service fee

You have to pay a rental amount in advance with a security amount. We will take 5% of the rental amount for our fee, which always shows on your billing page. For home delivery, we will charge Rs.50 within a 3 km diameter, Rs.80 within 4-8 km, and so on. All these details always show on your billing page
